That pretty much says it all.

Mom, thanks for being my hero. You and daddy have really showed me what a family should be. Thanks for molding me into the girl/woman I am today. I really appreciate what you have done to help me with all my drama moments and all the little things. I know I dont say thank-you as often as I should. But I am really thankful for everything mom. I love you.

Thank you, Tuesday.

Tuesdays will now be dedicated to telling someone thank-you.

Today's "Thank-you, Tuesday" goes out to my older cousin, Greg.

YES! Greg. You get the first one. Thanks for all you have done to help mold me into the person I have become today. I want you to know that if it weren't for all those times at the beach helping me beat super mario bros on the super nintendo, I would not be the dynamic gamer I am today. You have taught me alot in the 20 years I have been alive. Thank you for introducing me to the grilled cheese and also for telling me so many truths at such young ages. I can think back over the years of so many times we spent together and how we grew up and spent so many summers together. You really were like an older brother to me. I remember going to the Arcade with you at Cherry Grove and think how it was so not even fair that you got to stay out later than me because you were older and how I couldn't wait to be the older one to show all my younger cousins the "cool" things to do at the beach like going out farther than them because I was taller. You really are an awesome guy Greg. And I hope Anna realizes that she is pretty lucky to be joining huge family. You have no idea a big role model you have been to me throughout the years and I hope that one day I will be such to someone.

I love you.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

game summary:

REBELS won.

Gamecocks hung in there for the most part.

The end score was 31-21 in favor of the Rebels. I think that the boys played a great game.

on a plus side I saw Greg and Tebow and the Gators won the SEC title.

Tomorrow I get to see the Postons. Children's musical as well.

THE ROAD THE CLEMSON:

Today, I will be going to Clemson to watch the match up between the Sumter High Gamecocks and the Byrnes High School Rebels. It has been rumored that the score will as terrible as 54-7 (in Byrnes' favor). However, this prediction came before 3 of Byrnes players got dismissed from the team because of a disclosed action. With two of their defensive starters out of the picture and a 2nd string player out.. what could this mean for the Sumter Gamecocks? Could this go to prove that they are the REAL SHS of South Carolina. We all know that Roderick McDowell is playing his final game in a Sumter High Gamecock jersey and he is playing his first of what looks like may be many games on the Clemson Memorial "Death Valley" Football field. Could he go to prove he is the player that he is? Or will all the rumors go to his head and make him choke up? only a three o'clock kickoff and 4 quarter game will tell who the 4A State Title Crown will go to.

On a side note, I am going to see Anna and Stephanie tomorrow at the sip and see and am soooo excited. I haven't seen them in a WHILE and that's FAR enough.

After the sip and see, I have to come back to Sumter to help with the Children's Musical and put the little ones that are part of the Manger Scene on the stage. This should a great weekend, all leading up to finals next week so I wont have much to post next week. Not like I post as much as my cousin and C2B anyway. but whatever.

So, to sum that all up: This weekend will be full of Tigertown, Gamecocks, Rebels, Postons, and Tea. Oh and a side serving of Children's Musical and then studying for FINALS!

an update.

So its been quite a while since I updated this last.

Lets see, Saturday I had dinner with the most extended family you will ever meet. I think everyone from Sumter, Clarendon and Lee County was there. It was pretty crazy and was enough birth control for me.

Sunday I went to a funeral and got a definate on a date for Greg and Anna's wedding so no more worries about being stag going to the wedding. YAY!

Monday I skipped classes because I wasn't feeling well at all and went to bed early.

Last night, mom and I decided to get our Christmas tree on Sunday this year and go ahead and start getting all of our decorations down. Like Anna, I love Christmas and I too wish it could be all year long. There is one house in Sumter that has ALL their lights up already. CRAZY!!!

Today we get off work at 1:00 and our family is coming into town at like 3ish?? So, YAY! more birth control.

Still working on Greg and Anna's SlideShow which should come together nicely if Anna gets us pictures. If not, it will just be a toast to Greg I guess?

We also need some song suggestions too for the slideshow.

You are more than just my older cousin. Growing up, you were more like my big brother. I looked up to you. And now you are getting married. And I am SOOO glad I get to be a part of yours and Anna's special day together.

what i do in math...

today in math instead of paying attention to the long list of examples and such from my Hispanic teacher I decided to make a list of this and that that I make sure to keep up with for my Wedding.

Since November/December has turned into the old June/July wedding month with my every weekend up until the New Years being taken by Weddings or Showers and such I thought to myself, why not start making a list of things I want to make sure that are followed through to the "t" that won't get overlooked during all of the hustle and bustle.

This list includes such things as:

1. I do not "promhair" in my wedding. I want SIMPLE hair styles.
2. I want to be sure to give everyone that helps with my wedding a gift. (This includes soloist, pianist, etc.)
3. I want to know before the rehearsal who will be standing by who and who will walk out with who and make sure the director knows before hand so that the rehearsal can run smoothly and QUICKLY!!
4. I want to make sure that NONE of my wedding party has gum in their mouths during my ceremony.

This list continues on and on obviously with things to be added here and there and I will also be printing out a picture of the bridesmaid dress that I WANT and the Wedding dress that i WANT and of course when I find that right guy things will most than likely change in the book as the relationship progresses.

I have also written out how I want my Wedding Party to stand and that will more likely change at different times as well. But for now this is my plan. To have a notebook and when I get that ring and I set that date, all I will HOPEFULLY have to do is hand this over to my wedding planner and not have to think twice about not being able to have the wedding of my dreams.

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas.

Sumter is starting to feel a little colder and toes are starting to feel a little bit of the chill as people still wear their rainbows in the small town. I think I can officially say that Christmas season is upon us and ready or not there are only 38 more shopping days left until the big red man comes.

I'm pretty sure I counted that up right which means there are 40 days until the official "I do's" come from my favorite second cousin and his B2B. WOW! This Christmas will def. be one I will never forget with the mixture of turkey and stuffing and wedding cake.

This past weekend I went to a "Meet and Mingle" in a little'r town than Sumter (who would have thought right??). I got to meet most of the bridesmaids...I think? and Alex was the only one there to represent the Groomsmen.

Rachel Davis stole the show with her shoes squeaking everywhere she went and Anna and Greg got a beautiful and unique gift of pictures of their first which was basically a wonderful idea in my opinion.

I have decied for Christmas that I would like to ask for some Aqua colored shoes. I am not a big shoe person, but I believe every person needs a pair of these. On this note, I think I should end this post with the fact that:

The Tigers won this weekend.

Sumter High will be hosting Gaffney at home Friday night.

busy, busy day today.

Lets see.. I got woken up this morning at like 1 AM to mom telling me to come sleep downstairs because there were Tornados in the area. So after I tripped down my stairs over a box that someone put there, I made it to my brother's bed. So this morning I got told that the outfit I had choosen to wear to the "Meet and Mingle" for Anna and Greg was too casual not enough dressy. So I have to go shopping today to go find something to wear. And if you know anything about me, you know I absolutely HATE to shop unless it can be done in about 2 minutes. So then I am going to wedding at 4 then head out to old Pamplico after to see Anna and Greg and everyone with daddy.

Hopefully, I will be back soon enough to post more later.

Call Me Crazy

So I def had to do one myself since my cousin and C2B??(trying it out Anna?) blog. I think this may be my place to vent a little and just try and get my feelings off of my chest. I am not "addicted" by any means yet. but this is pretty neat. Since this is my first post obviously I am not sure what to say or what to really do so I guess I will just have to see where this goes from here. But just so you know work is really giving me a hard time right now. I got accused of taking money from the ladies at work when I went and got them lunch. It was a whole $0.61. (Which I did not take by the way) So I went out to my car dug through it to find $0.61 and gave it to the old woman and she was like "no if they didn't give it to you then you shouldn't have to give your money. and I said "NO! its not like I need the 61 cents anyways."

More later. Have a good day.
